Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations, workforce management, and labor compliance at our manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Payroll: Oversee daily attendance, leave management, payroll processing, and plant administration.
Recruitment: Source and hire staff, technical roles, and shop-floor/labor manpower.
Labor Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, and handle statutory documentation.
Employee Relations: Manage shop-floor discipline, resolve grievances, and foster a healthy work culture.
Performance & Training: Coordinate appraisals and conduct basic safety and skill training programs.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent degree.
3+ years experience in a manufacturing unit/factory (Must).
Good knowledge of labor laws and plant HR operations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
