Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, GST data preparation, TDS calculations, and bank reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have practical accounting knowledge and experience working with accounting software such as Tally or CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

• Prepare GST data and maintain GST-related records.

• Perform TDS calculations and maintain relevant documentation.

• Conduct regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.

• Manage purchase and sales entries and verify financial documents.

• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of accounting reports.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting requirements.

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of Tally or CRM/accounting software.

• Knowledge of GST data preparation and related documentation.

• Practical experience in TDS calculations.

• Good understanding of bank reconciliation.

• Strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting activities.

• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
