Job Description:
Position: Hot Melt Extruder Operator
Location: Vapi
Experience: 2 – 5 Year
Industries: Pharma Formulation
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor hot melt extrusion machines.
- Set process parameters such as temperature, screw speed, and feed rate.
- Handle raw material feeding and extrusion as per batch requirements.
- Maintain batch records and follow GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance, and changeover activities.
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and coordinate with maintenance and QA/QC teams.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in hot melt extrusion operations,
- machine parameter setting, pharmaceutical formulation processes,
- GMP compliance, and batch documentation.
Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
