Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Franchise Manager to develop, onboard, and manage the franchise network while driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable franchise partners.

• Generate franchise leads through networking, market research, referrals, and digital channels.

• Manage franchise negotiations, agreements, and documentation.

• Coordinate showroom setup, branding, product displays, and franchise launches.

• Provide operational and business development support to franchise partners.

• Monitor franchise performance, sales targets, profitability, and compliance.

• Develop sales opportunities through architects, builders, contractors, developers, and consultants.

• Conduct franchise visits, performance reviews, audits, and product training.

• Coordinate local marketing activities and ensure brand guideline compliance.

• Prepare franchise performance reports and identify opportunities for expansion.

Required Skills:

• Experience in franchise management, franchise development, business development, or channel sales.

• Knowledge of retail operations and partner management.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to drive sales growth and manage multiple franchise locations.

• Experience in building materials, construction products, aluminium windows and doors, glazing, or facade systems is preferred.
