Executive – Sales Admin (Fall)

Job Description:

Purpose of the Role
To support the Fall Protection sales team by preparing proposals on time, keeping costs under control,
maintaining CRM records, and following up on orders, payments and site support for Lifeline and Lifeline
Inspection projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Booking – Lifeline Inspection Projects
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations to convert them into orders.
• Work towards booking Lifeline Inspection orders worth ₹1 crore in the year.
• Share order status and booking value regularly through MIS.
2. Proposals and Quotations
• Prepare and submit proposals on time, as asked by the customer on email.
• Make sure the scope, rates and terms in every proposal are clear and correct.
• Keep all proposal emails and documents properly filed.
3. Cost Control
• Prepare the budget sheet for each project.
• Keep actual cost within ±5% of the estimated cost.
• Inform the HOD early if any cost is likely to go beyond the estimate.
4. Product and Service Knowledge
• Build a good understanding of all Fall Protection products and services.
• Be able to prepare every type of Fall Protection proposal without help.

5. CRM and Documentation
• Update CRM regularly with enquiries, follow-ups, 369 and PO details.
• Keep records complete so the team can see the latest status at any time.
6. Payment Collection
• Follow up with customers for payments on Lifeline and Lifeline Inspection orders.
• Track pending invoices and update the status in CRM.
7. Lifeline Site Support
• Coordinate with the site and service team for Lifeline work.
• Help resolve customer or site queries quickly.
Skills Required
• Good written and spoken communication
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM
• Basic understanding of costing and proposals
• Follow-up discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate with sales, service and accounts teams
