*Working Days & Timings*: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Ltd. is a growing elevator manufacturing and solutions company specializing in passenger elevators, hospital elevators, home elevators, hydraulic elevators, capsule lifts, and related products. We provide design, manufacturing, installation, and service solutions with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities* :
Prepare and send quotations to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Generate and dispatch invoices as per company process.
Coordinate with the sales team for order follow-ups, status updates, and documentation.
Maintain sales records, customer database, and track pending quotations/orders.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp for queries related to quotations, order status, and basic product information.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, accounts, service) for smooth order processing.
Assist in preparing sales reports and other administrative support related to sales.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related papers.

*Qualification*: Graduate (any stream)

*Skills Required*:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Email)
Basic understanding of sales processes (quotations, invoices, follow-ups)
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Polite, professional, and customer-friendly attitude
Willingness to learn about elevator products and company processes
