✅ Experience: 20+ Years
✅ Senior Operations Leadership: 7+ Years
✅ Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial

Key Skills: Plant Operations, Production Planning, Fabrication & Welding, Capacity Expansion, OEE, Cost Control, Capex, Lean Manufacturing & Team Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end plant operations, production and manufacturing.

• Manage production planning, capacity, manpower and material flow.

• Drive radiator fabrication, sheet-metal processing, welding and assembly.

• Lead brownfield projects, plant expansion, machine installation and commissioning.

• Improve OEE, productivity, quality, FPY and operational efficiency.

• Control manufacturing costs, budgets, Capex and plant-level expenses.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, automation and continuous improvement.

• Ensure safety, statutory compliance and timely customer deliveries.

• Lead cross-functional teams and develop second-line leadership.

Preferred Industry Experience: Transformer Radiators / Transformer Components / Heavy Fabrication / Sheet-Metal Manufacturing / Heavy Engineering.
