Job Summary

We are looking for Retail Site Engineers with hands-on experience in retail fit-out projects, particularly in clothing/fashion retail stores and QSR restaurant projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site execution, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within the defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day site execution of retail fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project management teams.
• Read and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage site activities, materials, and manpower coordination.
• Identify and resolve on-site execution issues.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging, and final project handover.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and site procedures.
• Be willing to travel and work across PAN India project locations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in retail site execution or interior fit-out projects.
• Hands-on experience in clothing/fashion retail stores or QSR restaurant projects.
• Knowledge of project management and site execution.
• Ability to understand drawings and coordinate with contractors.
• Knowledge of quality control, site supervision, and project handover.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work and travel across PAN India.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in retail fit-out projects for brands such as:

• Pantaloons
• Zudio
• Westside
• Other fashion and apparel retail brands
• QSR restaurant chains and food outlets

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates must have practical on-site execution experience in retail fit-out projects, preferably in clothing/fashion retail or QSR restaurant projects. Candidates should be flexible to work at different project locations across India.
