Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including material receipt, storage, issue and dispatch.

• Handle inward and outward material documentation.

• Maintain inventory records of raw materials, consumables, spare parts and finished goods.

• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices and delivery challans.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Dispatch departments for material requirements.

• Ensure proper material identification, labelling, storage and traceability.

• Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum and maximum inventory.

• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.

• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, stock registers and other store records.

• Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) practices wherever applicable.

• Update inventory transactions in ERP / SAP.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store department.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Com / BBA / Graduate.

• Experience: 2–5 years in Store / Inventory Management in a manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of inventory control, material handling and stock reconciliation.

• Experience in ERP / SAP is preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Industry

Automobile, Engineering, Steel, Metal, Tube Manufacturing or other manufacturing industries.
