CIVIL ENGINEER DIP/TIT FOR SOLAR INDUSTRY - DURG, CHHATTISGARH

• Design & Planning: Develop structural blueprints, site layouts, grading, and utility designs using CAD and modeling software. 

• Site Investigation: Conduct on-site investigations, assess topographical/soil data, and perform feasibility studies. 

• Project Management: Track project milestones, manage budgets, estimate material/labor costs, and prepare technical reports.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all plans and ongoing construction adhere to local building codes, environmental regulations, and health and safety standards. 

• Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction progress, inspect materials (e.g., concrete, steel), and resolve engineering challenges in the field. 

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, municipal agencies, architects, and subcontractors to maintain smooth communication and keep work on schedule. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred for senior roles). 

• Licensing/Certification: Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) / Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (required for public safety/lead roles). 

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation).
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis, material testing, and site grading.

• Experience: [Insert number, e.g., 2–5] years of proven experience in civil engineering or construction project delivery.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, time-management, leadership, and verbal/written communication skills.
