Job Title / Position           : GM Admin

Job Location                      : Savli / Halol

Experience                         : 18 to 22 years in Administration, IR, EHS, Facility Management and Compliance

Qualification                      : Graduate degree from a recognised university. BE / B.Tech preferred + MBA (HR / IR) / MSW / MLS

Salary Budget                    : 25 to 30 LPA

*Educational Qualification:*
- Graduate from a recognised university (mandatory).
- BE/B.Tech preferred.
- MBA (HR/IR), MSW, MHRM or PG Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations preferred.
- LLB / ADIS will be an added advantage.

*Key Responsibilities & Expertise:*

- Overall Plant Administration and Facility Management.
- Industrial Relations, Union Handling, Wage Settlements and Grievance Management.
- Gujarat Labour Laws, Factory Compliance, PF, ESIC and Contract Labour Management.
- EHS Management, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 implementation.
- Environmental Compliance, GPCB Liaison and Safety Management.
- Greenfield & Brownfield Projects, Plant Expansion and Capex Management.
- ESG, BRSR, CSR and Sustainability Initiatives.
- Payroll Management, Vendor Management and Cost Optimisation.
- Liaison with Government Authorities and Statutory Departments.

*Important Screening Criteria:*
- Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing industries is mandatory.
- Comprehensive exposure to Administration, IR, EHS and Statutory Compliance.
- Gujarat labour and factory compliance exposure is highly preferred, especially Vadodara industrial belt.
- Experience in managing large plant-level teams and projects is essential.
