Job Description:

Signage Installation Supervisor / Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site installation of retail store signage across multiple locations.

  • Supervise installation of ACP fascia signage, illuminated 3D letters, branding signage and other retail signage.

  • Read and understand signage drawings, dimensions, elevations and installation details.

  • Coordinate with factory production, project teams, vendors and site contractors.

  • Ensure proper installation, alignment, finishing, electrical connections and illumination.

  • Monitor installation manpower, tools, materials, safety and project timelines.

  • Conduct quality checks, rectify snags and submit installation photographs and completion reports.

  • Be willing to travel to project sites across India as required.

Eligibility:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in signage installation and site execution.

  • Mandatory experience in retail store signage installation.

  • Knowledge of ACP signage, 3D channel letters, LED signage, electrical connections and mounting systems.

  • Experience handling installation teams and coordinating with retail fit-out contractors.

Common Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Retail store signage / retail fit-out projects.

  • Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate; relevant experience will be preferred.

  • Location: Factory and project sites as per company requirements.

  • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
