Job Responsibilities

Attend to customers visiting the store and understand their requirements.

Assist customers in selecting ethnic wear such as sarees, kurtis, suits, lehengas, and other traditional outfits.

Explain product details, fabric quality, designs, sizes, and pricing.

Provide a pleasant shopping experience and maintain good customer relationships.

Handle customer queries and help them make suitable purchase decisions.

Follow up with interested customers whenever required.

Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is well-organised.
