Full Stack Developer
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Node.js and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building REST APIs, developing responsive user interfaces, integrating databases, and delivering production-ready applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks.
- Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and application security.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and backend teams.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Deploy and maintain applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and React.js.
- Good understanding of React Hooks, component architecture, state management, and frontend performance optimization.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL and database query optimization.
- Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms, JWT, OAuth, and web security best practices.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend tooling.
- Experience debugging, testing, and monitoring production applications.
Good to Have
- Experience with Next.js, Redux Toolkit, or React Query.
- Familiarity with AWS services, including ECS, S3, CloudFront, and RDS.
- Experience with Redis, Kafka, or message queues.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.
- Familiarity with Agile development and Jira.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
