Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Medical Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will act as the key link between our company and healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products and treatments to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, ensuring territory sales targets are met while maintaining ethical standards.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products and treatments to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, ensuring territory sales targets are met while maintaining ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular detailing visits to doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and hospital teams to promote the company's product portfolio.
- Deliver clear, evidence-based presentations on product composition, indications, dosages, side effects, and clinical benefits.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales targets and prescription milestones.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
- Coordinate closely with local stockists and retail pharmacies to ensure smooth distribution and product availability.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing updates, providing timely feedback to the management team.
- Organize and support medical seminars, trade exhibitions, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.
- Maintain accurate daily call logs, tour plans, and customer records using CRM software and submit reports as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science (B.Sc.), or a related field. Management degrees are a plus.
- Experience: 2–8 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and territory management skills.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver's license and a personal two-wheeler/vehicle for extensive field travel within the assigned territory.
