Assistant Manager / Manager - Production

Job Description:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Plan and execute production schedules to achieve targets as per company requirements.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials, and equipment.
• Monitor production processes, yield, quality, and process parameters.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with QC, QA, Maintenance, EHS, and other departments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
• Handle troubleshooting and resolve production-related issues.
• Lead, train, and motivate production team members.
• Maintain production reports, documentation, and shift records.
