About the role
We’re looking for a motivated diploma fresher to join our Design & Development team in Chandigarh. During this one-year training program, you’ll learn how automotive lighting products are designed, developed, tested and prepared for manufacturing, working alongside experienced engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with 2D drawings, 3D models and engineering documentation.
- Help maintain design records, revisions and product data.
- Support prototype development, sample tracking and design reviews.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality and testing teams on development tasks.
- Assist with basic checks of parts and drawings against specifications.
- Follow company procedures for safety, quality and document control.
- Participate in training and complete assigned learning activities.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not required.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with CAD software is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
