Job Description:
1.Good command of English:
- The candidate must be able to speak and write English fluently.
2.Knowledge of ecommerce marketplaces:
- Must have experience with platforms like Amazon, eBay, etc., and be able to manage and grow listings.
- Should also handle operational tasks such as customer support, fee reconciliation, and preparing profit reports.
- The candidate should already be familiar with Amazon Vendor and Seller catalog management and operational processes.
3.Microsoft Excel & Word proficiency:
- Must be proficient in using both tools.
4.AI & SEO knowledge:
- Should have a moderate to advanced level of SEO understanding and be able to use AI tools to enhance their work.
5.Good typing speed.
Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 11am to 8pm
Working Days: 6 days (Mon-Sat)
