Job Profile
Responsible for developing and managing sales of BOPP, BOPET and CPP films in assigned markets,
achieving sales targets, acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with
converters, printers, laminators and packaging companies.

Candidate Profile
Education
 MBA/PGDM – Marketing preferred
 B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Polymer, Plastics, Chemical Engineering or related discipline is an
advantage.
Experience
 8-10 years of B2B sales experience.
 Experience in BOPP/BOPET/CPP films, flexible packaging, polymers, masterbatch or
plastics preferred.
 Experience dealing with converters, printers, laminators and packaging manufacturers
preferred.

 Willingness to travel extensively

Ideal Candidate
A technically oriented B2B sales professional who can understand customer film requirements,
identify the appropriate BOPP/BOPET/CPP grade, coordinate trials with the technical team,
negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into regular business.
