Experience: 8–10 years in BOPP / BOPET / CPP films, flexible packaging, polymers or related
industries
Education
B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / Diploma in Polymer, Plastics, Chemical Engineering or related field.
MBA/PG qualification in Marketing or Business Management would be an advantage.
Experience
5+ years of experience in polymer films, flexible packaging, plastics or related industries.
Strong exposure to BOPP/BOPET/CPP film manufacturing and/or commercial operations.
Experience managing large customers and strategic accounts.
Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of:
BOPP/BOPET/CPP film manufacturing
Film properties and testing
Metallization
Coating and lamination
Flexible packaging structures

Job Profile
Responsible for developing and managing sales of BOPP, BOPET and CPP films in assigned markets,
achieving sales targets, acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with
converters, printers, laminators and packaging companies.
