Hiring Maintenance Manager in MS Pipes & Tubes Manufacturing Industry

Position: Maintenance Manager (01)

About the responsibilities of the position: The main activity of the responsible for all Maintenance Function in the Plant

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Mechanical / Electrical. Or Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical / Electrical

Desired Experience: 10 to 18 years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in the Industry preferred Sheet metal fabrication Industry

Salary: Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 40,000/-

Skills Set required/Job Profile :

Responsible for all Maintenance Function in the Plant

Day-to-day Planning of m/c Break Down maintenance & daily plan work

Running of the spare workshop for repairing and also making new spare with 5s implementation. 

Whole maintenance department representative as DICA for IMS (ISO 9001-2000 / ISO 9001-2015) API audit document preparation and control.  

The master plan for routine as well as shutdown maintenance.

Preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis and supervision control.

Equipment history and maintenance of such records for shutdown activity.

Responsible for correction and corrective action. 

Maintain history for all major equipment and data for MIS.  

Department safety representative to identify and rectification of unsafe acts and conditions to achieve zero accidents. 

Weekly and Monthly performance report preparation and department budget /Inventory control monitoring

Material procurement, new vendor development, and material follow-up. 

Kaizen and modification to increase mill utilization, quality improvement, and power saving. 

To maintain the plant and equipment maximum operating efficiency, reducing downtime and ensuring operating safety to the achieved department as well as organization goals.  

To help management in taking the decision of replacement or new investment and activity, participate, specification, preparation, equipment, erecting and commissioning.  

Training of maintenance personal on the related jobs.

Taking safety major in the working area. And identification/Rectification unsafe condition.
