- We are Hiring, Team Leaders, Sr. Recruiters from US IT Staffing industry who have:
- Good understanding of Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Search etc.).
- Good understanding of Information Technology skills/tools/industry.
- Experience with sourcing techniques and screening.
- Skilled in negotiation
- Hands-on experience on working with various job portals.
- Act as bridge between the candidates and the account managers for the free flow of Recruitment process on daily basis.
