Job Description:
Urgent Requirement for Automobile maintenance head for Reputed Steel plant at jharsuguda Location.
inspection &maintenance of loader, jcb, hywa, trailer ,hydra ,forklift & all activities.
- Responsible for day to day preventive maintenance & breakdown maintenance of Heavy equipment’s& machines of Plant.
- Bearing checking, replacement of bearing and alignment of the various fans and pumps.
- Overhauling of various gearbox and maintain their preventive maintenance schedule.
- Reduction in downtime by effective industrial maintenance practice.
- Communicating with the various external agencies during the annual shutdown.
- Proper distribution of the manpower as per the job priority.
- Maintenance of Pumps, Gear boxes, Coal feeders, slag coolers, oil guns, various fans and other mechanical equipment’s.
- Guiding technicians for Maintenance of all the machines and Utility machines in production line.
- Sustaining the SAP PM module for the unit.
- Material procurement as per purchase department guidelines.
- Coordinating between production and maintenance department.
- Reports making & Keeping record of day to day Utility, Maintenance work and Project work..
- To maintain all documents regarding preventive and breakdown maintenance as per I.S.O. standards
