Job Description:
- He should be responsible for supervision and management of the overall project execution as per the agreed design. Responsible to ensure all resources for the project available as per plan to meet deadlines and to ensure all quality and safety standards maintained while achieving time targets fixed for effective completion of project. Also responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements at site.
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for timely completion of project within Budgeted cost, Ensuring compliance like statutory, contractually & procedurally.
Study the contract specifications & Drawings & Comply with statutory QA/QC requirements
Proactively interact with client for timely input.
Plan the construction work methods & logistics in detail & Implement standard operating procedures & Management systems & Schedule the resource requirement well in time.
Monitor time to time project cost budget & track it, also raise demand for additional budget if required for project progress time to time.
Leading & Monitoring entire site functions, insure site is running effectively & delivering progress as per Management requirement
Co-ordinating & Monitoring the progress by taking weekly meetings with Execution Team & Contractors Team.
Conduct daily, Weekly review meetings, weekly Safety & QAQC walk along execution team, suggest & insure Safety & Quality of work.
Implement methods for minimizing material wastage, all other resources of company. Control and reduce construction cost by avoiding idling it.
Manage the subordinate /labours & machineries within budget without compromising project progress, Safety & Quality.
Submit client bills & pursue timely payments by client & Certify subcontractors bill timely & send it for further approval & payments releasing
Resolving issues affecting site progress & smoothly function of site
Delegate responsibilities develop subordinates & rate their yearly appraisal
