Talent Acquisition Consultant
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Scout, acquire and retain talent appropriate for current vacancies
- Coordinate with the Clients directly to identify hiring needs and recruiting plans
- Partner with the business teams to increase visibility and attract the right talent
- Schedule and conduct telephonic interviews, share feedback with the hiring managers for their interaction with the potential candidates
- Create engagement until onboarding is complete
- Perform research in support of sourcing efforts to identify the most effective places to target to get the best candidates (e.g., competitors, firms in related, recruitment firms, cross-over fields such as branding, marketing, and other design).
- Lead position advertising, posting, and sourcing efforts-online. This includes but is not limited to posting jobs and mining passive candidates at relevant online job boards such as LinkedIn.
Requirement:
- Proven work experience of at least 6 months to 3 years into Non-IT recruitment and must have experience in BFSI hiring
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting)
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Salary: As per the industry standards.
Experience: 0.6 - 3 yr(s).
Working Days: Every Saturday is half-day (5.5 Days).
