Hiring Production In-Charge for Manufacturer of PP Roll, Bag Fabric, Tent Fabric, Vermi Beds, HDPE Fabric, Woven Bags, and Irrigation Pipe
Position: Production In-Charge
Experience: Min 4 Years in any Manufacturing Industry
Education: BSC / Diploma / CIPET/ BE
Salary: up to 5.00 LPA
Job Responsibility:
Planning for production daily, weekly, monthly.
Daily mould change plan for as requirement.
Daily production cum inspection report.
Monthly reconciliation job works customer.
Monthly complies report Dispatch, the wise customer.
Monthly requirement production for shift booking and manpower plan.
Production prepare of PPAP document.
Inspection report as per appropriate CP &WI.
Daily production vs Dispatch report.
New mould trial for another type of material.
Phase to customer complaints than quick action in my plan.
Daily material consumption report.
Maintain process control sheet.
Major breakdown finding for why, why? Analysis report.
Phase to customer audit.
Daily observation of sale report.
Analysis of heavy rejection % low & Productivity up
