VP HEAD FOR POWER PLANT - ELECTRICAL - KOLKATA , WEST BENGAL

• Team and project management: 

  Lead and manage the electrical team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely completion. 

   
• Technical oversight: 

  Provide technical leadership for electrical design, installation, and maintenance activities. Ensure designs meet client requirements and industry standards. 

   
• Safety and compliance: 

  Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to prevent electrical hazards. Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant industry standards and regulations. 

   
• Cross-functional collaboration: 

  Work with other departments, such as engineering, project management, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery and operational efficiency. 

   
• Strategic planning: 

  Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for electrical systems, including the adoption of new technologies and energy-efficient solutions.
