Role : Application Developer  Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Must Have Skills : Salesforce Development  Good To Have Skills : No Technology Specialty  Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities: 1 Handling field creation requests, validation rule implementation, workflow implementation, new record types and Approval flows Good Understanding of salesforcecom, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, AppExchange and Salesforce Communities 2 Working through a stream of cases and ensure turnaround times are met Intermediate knowledge of support concepts and policies 3 Document business processes, solutions and knowledge articles 4 Document standard operating procedures  Technical Experience: 1 Force development experience covering core, APEX and Visualforce development Experience developing complex, interconnected systems using cloud services Programming skills including HTML5, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript 2 Experience building Software as a Service SaaS applications  Professional Experience: 1 Should be good in communications 2 Should be confident 3 Quick learner  Educational Qualification: BTECH, MTECH, BCA, MCA, BE  Additional Information:
