Sr. Production Engineer-SPM

Job Description:

-Sr. Production Engineer-SPM /HT/Belt Grinder Shop

-Qualification -- DME / BE With 4 to 5 years Experience

-Excellent leadership skills and a desire to work in a team environment.

-Thorough knowledge of SPM Shop / Heat treatment process / Belt grinder proces and other technical information relating to manufacturing processes.

-Handle the Team size of more than 50  nos

-Ensure Daily / monthly  production to be done as per Target

-planning and organising production schedules

-supervising the work of operators / casuals

-The ability to resolve problems in an efficient manner.

-The capacity to communicate and present data clearly and effectively.

-Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

-Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

-Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
