Education: DME / BE Mechanical

Job Responsibility:
Responsible for corrective, preventive & predictive maintenance of machines as per PM plan.Responsible for attending any type of break down.
Responsible for operation & maintenance of all Facility & utility.
Safety assurance & changes in the electrical circuit to improve productivity.
Responsible for Internal & External Audits.
Machines handled- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Press Machine
Responsible for achieving the common goals of the department.
Handle all daily basis problems related to Mechanical
Daily check & update electrical energy consumption as per sheet.
Preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Training is given to new joining operators related to the Mechanical system of M/C.
Focus on safety-related Kaizens.
