Understand the requirements, able to design the component, and develop it independently 2. Able to help junior team members in design and code reviews 3. Able to maintain quality standards for the code and mentor junior team members on that Professional Experience:a. Strong hands-on technical experience in SAP Hybris Commerce suite b. 2-3 years of experience in Hybris Commerce, 3 years of Java/J2EE, Spring experience d. Experience in SDLC Personal Attribute: Self-motivated, communication skill, quick learning skill
