General Manager - Operations

Job Description:

• Responsible to handle complete Plant operations like Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch.
• Responsible for Overall cost & Profitability of Manufacturing Operations.
• To execute and review systems & processes at all level at plant operations
• Continue design and development of new products.
• Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifying the system to achieve a substantial reduction in departmental expenditures and work within the budget.
• Reduction and elimination of rejections and goods returned.
• Responsible to ensure on-time production and its delivery to the customer.
• Lead development of methods, procedures and plans and implement for operational effectiveness.
• Monitor, develop and implement quality standards certifications across all relevant sites. (ISO 9000/14000/18000)
