Position:- Quality Manager 01 (M)
Qualification:– DME.BE-Mech,
Experience:- Min 10 years in Gears & Machine Shop Industries
Salary:- Rs. 45,000/- to 55,000/-
Job Profile:
Responsibility for Quality Control & Quality Assurance.
Ensuring detection & prevention of rejections.
Conduct periodic review meetings with production In-charge & shift In charge to
Track the Progress of Implementation of Quality systems.
Track Plant Quality
Conduct Root Cause analysis.
Handle Quality Team,
To carry out Process & Product Audits, Line layout inspections to ensure effective implementation of ISO/TS16949:2009 Knowledge of all quality-related document
Analyze & implement critical Quality parameters.
Implement the action points on the Internal Audit Report.
Receive Customer audit report & propose actions.
Record customer complaints, propose an action plan to resolve them.
Facilitate customer visits & audits and provide documentation as required.
Preparation of Plant Quality level reports. Quality MIS,
Implement the projects to reduce the Rework & Rejection in the plant.
Facilitate the Continual Improvement initiatives like TQM, PokaYoke & KaiZen
Identify the Training Need & prepare Training Plan
Location- Waluj MIDC, Aurangabad
