Job Description:
- Preparation and implementation of maintenance job as per schedule to ensure maximum uptime.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting of DC and AC drives (ABB, L&T)
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Weigh Feeder, Belt weigher, Hopper level (Schenck-Jonson&Nicholson, Transweigh)
- Identifying critical spares, organizing, managing and controlling all electrical & instrumentation functions.
- Maintenance and calibration of control valves, Transmitters, PID controllers, Pressure switches and Level switches
- To maintain equipment at its maximum operating efficiency with safe operation.
- Monitor any related breakdown and take proper modification to solve the problem.
- Commissioning of PLC, I/O Modules.
- Good working knowledge on Schneider, Allen bradly & honnywell PLC & Scada System
- Scheduling the PLC & Modules using RS-Networks.
- Making program using Logic-5 & 5000, ( ladder logic program & there graphics representation using RS logic & RS- view)
