The Details of present Services are as follows :

Over all responsible for production,maintenance,quality Control and planning of  Pellet Plant ,sponge iron plant ,SMS,Power Plant and rolling mill as per targe

Over all responsible for production,maintenance,quality Control and planning of Pellet Plant ,sponge iron plant ,SMS,Power Plant and rolling mill as per target.
Over all responsibe for Planning for optimum production ,reducing down time of plant and cost cutting method with optimum production .
Estimation of new Projects , Planning and execution of projects ,Manpower Management and statutory works.
Profit loss analysis , marketing plan , finance management ,costing.
Vendor fixation for new equipments,machines and materials
Developing new technology for recycling of waste recovery.
Developing Zero waste management system in plant.
Responsible for all Techno-Commercial activity of the plant , Security matter, Administration & General Management of the organization.
For taking responsible for timely maintenance of all types of Heavy earth moving machineries used in both plant side and mining site.
Recruitment of new technicians and other man power requirement when and as required.
Construction of new buildings and other plant requirement structures.
Public Relation Activities related to Various Govt. Departments.
Conduction of meetings ,Verification of authentication of varius datas.
General safety of all workers.
Reporting to Managing Directors and other competent authorities in due time.
