Job Description:
Urgent requirement manager/SR MANAGER (Metallugy) for Sponge Iron Division ( 100*8TPD at JHARSUGUDA)
Incharge of Opration & MAINTENANCE Department of SID plant ,
- Annual Production & Raw material planning as per Management.
- Ensure that the production is cost effective;
- Quality compliance. / Environment & OHS Compliance.
- Inventory control through Controlling Sp. Consumption.
- Continuous improvement in process & overall department performance.
- Monitor the production and Quality as per customer requirement;
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;
- Planning for Environment Aspect & risk.
- Cost control measures.
- Employee involvement in performance improvement.
- Co-ordination with all service department / division.
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
- Review worker performance monthly;
- Identify training needs for staffs and workers.
