Job Description:

he technical assistant will provide technical support to COO in the running plants & Also in the ongoing/upcoming projects.Job responsibilities include, among others, to summarize, identity and classify the needs of the suppliers and OEM together with COO and collect the information's and best practices, cultivate & develop relationships with experts in the various fields. Track the progress of ongoing/upcoming projects and prepare reports summaries and other deliverables as necessary. Primary Responsibilities:- Track the projects progress and cultivate supportive relationships with contractors to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of their work. Actively participate and help manage in the ongoing/upcoming projects and assure timely delivery of project outputs, such as summaries and reports according to project schedule. For selected ongoing/upcoming projects, review of the statement of work, interim and final deliverable to ensure high quality and seek feedback from co workers. Identify gaps in existing technical resources and help manage of conduct research on indian or global best practices. Work closely with our OEM communication specialist or with any of our supplier representative to prepare the project and best practice information for dissemination. Provide technical support for the communication specialist to cultivate/develop a new relationship. Carry out other assignments as delegated by the supervisor. Professional Qualifications:- Demonstrated commitment to Company Values,Mission and Purpose. B.E./Diploma-Mechanical/Metallurgical. Candidate should have exposure of more than years work experience in industrial energy analysis technology assessment,preferably to sectors that are of high importance to Company,such as steel & power, chemicals and petrochemicals, iron and cement. Technical background in energy efficiency including energy audits, benchmarks, and best practices. Strong negotiation skills with experience in facilitating collaboration and consensus among internal and external parties desire for and comfort with working in a collaborative environment. Strong and detail oriented organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced, start up environment. Willingness and comfort with frequent local and domestic travel as an when needed. Candidate should be able to understand have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Candidate should have very good drafting skill both in English & Hindi and should have very good typing speed in both desktop & Laptop.
