Job Description:
Hiring for the post of Hr Executive in the upcoming plant in Shendra MIDC, 
 
Company Profile: Company is a modern age company that manufactures high-quality specialty doors & pre-fabricated insulated panels with PUF (PUR), PIR and honeycomb as the insulation medium at its factory near Aurangabad, making use of an automatic discontinuous production line.
 
Post: HR Executive  
 
Experience: 2 to 6 Years Experience in the Manufacturing Sector.
 
Skills: 
 
Enforcing HR policy, the bridge between management & staff, coordination with labour contractors, industrial relations,
 
Handling end-to-end recruitment in each & every segment of the organization.    
 
Entry Management: Joining Formalities, policy briefing, employee salary accounts, etc. Inducting new employees into the company, Issuing Offer and appointment letter. Biometric Punching     
 
Employee Database Management: Maintenance of employee database both in soft and hard copies to capture all details of the employees.    
 
Payroll and Attendance Management: Maintaining the attendance and leave records of all the employees and updating payroll process, Preparing Bank and cash remittance.    
 
Statutory Compliance: Handling of PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, P. TAX, Employment Ex-    
change Return and other related matters with regards to employees.    
 
Appraisal management: performance appraisal process with coordination of concerned department and maintaining records of appraisal ratings.    
Manpower Tracking: Generating report presented to business heads for Manpower Planning and    
Attrition Management.    
 
MIS/Reports: Generating and maintaining MISreportsfor employee base pertaining to manpower headcount, attrition, and training. Prepare regular and special Purpose reports, In-out time absenteeism, LateComing, etc.    
 
Other responsibilities: Keep records and update management on a variety of matters including absence, poor performance, terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters, and organizing internal transfers; providing data for final settlement.    
 
 
Exit/ Retention Management: Employee Exit Interview feedback to curb attrition and areas of    
Improvement    
 
 
Salary: Upto 3.0 Lac(s)
 
Location: Shendra MIDC Aurangabad
