Sr.Manager - EHS Head for Chemical Company

Job Description:

• Should be well aware of the subject of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliances. 
• Should have at least 20-25 years of experience working with large chemical or paint factories, preferably with a Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Educational Background
• Should be capable of identifying potential risk factors and taking appropriate preventive measures in Chemical, Paint, and if possible Machining, setups
• Should be able to travel frequently, and audit all factories (Vapi, Dadra, Jammu & Barotiwala) and labs on a quarterly basis
• Should be able to hold regular and structured trainings for our corporate and factory teams, and push for the change in mentality that is needed along with the new systems
• Would be able to properly present himself, his findings, and his recommendations to the BoD if needed.
• An ISO Certification or background is desirable as well.
