Roles and Responsibilities

• Gathering and organizing requirements from the business.
• Requirements management and communication.
• Requirements analysis.
• Eliciting requirements from the stake holders.
• Design, document and maintain system processes.
• Interacted with different departments for requirements to make the product a better fit for them.
• Worked with the development team to come up with a high quality product with accurate functionality.
• Translating and simplifying requirements through documentation to present to the parties involved.
• Planning and monitoring the development of the product.
• Configuration of processes on the product.
• Followed the Agile Methodology.
• Took part in Scrum meetings and created sprints.
• Analysing, reporting and Dashboards for Management.
• Experience working on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, JIRA, Visio, SQL, etc.
• Report technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
• Handled Support activities for different departments within the organization.
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
• Handled change management based on the user feedback.
• Constantly on the lookout for ways to improve the product and deliver better value to the customer.
• Frequently travelled to support onsite operations and implementations.
• Created presentations for the Top Management Meetings.
• Provided demos of the product to New Clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Stakeholders as well as member of other cross-functional team to help design future business process and turning them into business requirement.
• Bridge the communication gap between business interests and technical decisions when working with business stakeholders and senior management.
• Support management of Product backlog, Sprints, Epics using Scrum and Agile practices
• Conduct hands-on system testing to ensure business requirements are met. Fulfilling overall goal of delivering a shippable product with each software release.
• Host / Facilitate release demo to the end users.
