Job Description:

• Monitoring and Maintaining of Equipment Maintenance details by SAP-PM Module method.
• Preparing Reports for Month wise, Quarter Wise, Year Wise of Costing, Fuel Consumption, Spare&Wear Consumption, Wear parts &Tyre Life and monitors these reports.Budget Handling/Preparation for Future and Present Running Equipment’s.Spares planning for all Equipment’s.Maintaining and Handling of Equipment’s files related to DGMS Complied Safety Checks, NDT of Equipment’s, Vehicle Fitness, Equipment Health Check sheet, Insurance, Hazardous Waste Management, Used Oil Handling and etc.Lead a Maintenance team condition Monitoring staff by safe work manner. Also, part of SMP (Safety Management Plan).Monitoring & Planning of Schedule, Preventive, Breakdown maintenance as per available time.Observe/Analyse Root cause Failure and take action if repeatedly results of down time and implement an alternating method to overcome of a downtimeAnalysing SOS Reports (Oil Sample).Monitoring of equipment’s and conveying the maintenance plan to a Team.
