- Handling all HR Generalist Activities related to Recruitment, Selection, Employee Onboarding, Induction, Employee Correspondence, Leave and Attendance management, Salary Processing, HR MIS, Organizational Culture Management, Competency Mapping, HR Audit,
- Recruitment-Sourcing Candidates from Job Portal, Conducting Interviews, Finalizing candidates.
Desired Candidate’s Profile:
- Very Good communication skills. (English)
- Extremely self-motivated, hardworking with Go-Getter attitude.
- Good Presentation Skill.
- Good coordination skills.
- Commanding Personality
- Result oriented.
- Knowledge about Computer (MS office, Emailing).
- Experience in HR Generalist Role and Recruitment is preferred.
Job Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Working Days: 6 days
