BODY SHOP MANAGER( AUTOMOBILE)-BILASPUR
Job Description:
The role of a Bodyshop Manager is to lead and manage his team and ensure the
service revenue and customer satisfaction targets for the department are achieved.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organize, lead and control total Bodyshop operations.
- Set and monitor realistic and achievable top line targets.
- Establish the facility requirement, manpower requirement and Bodyshop staff
training targets.
- Maintain service and parts coordination through regular meetings with Parts
Manager.
- Conduct weekly analysis of success matrix parameters
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- Ability to forecast business and budget for the service department.
- Ability to analyze data and take corrective actions if required.
- Maintain effective interpersonal relationship with all people.
- Ability to control costs within allocated budget.
- Ability to train, develop and motivate department employees.
EDUCATION
- Graduate / Diploma in engineering with management qualification preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile workshop, in relevant function.
