Hiring for Spring Manufacturing Industry
Position: Quality Engineer QA & QC 02
Education: Diploma / BE Electrical
Experience: 2 to 5 Years in the Machine shop, spring
Salary: up to 20,000/- PM
Job Responsibilities : -
Implemented a quality assurance / Control system.
pre-production materials to determine quality prior to
production processes.
Quality Improvements in process, Customer Defects Analysis, Horizontal Deployment in
Working Area, Attend IATF Audit, BIQS Audit
Inspection of various types of springs like Compression Springs, Valve Springs, CVT Springs etc. Defects Analysis, In-house Rejection Analysis.
Supervise the Inspectors in QAD.
Calibration of all Instruments & Inspection Gauges.
Knowledge of MM.
Updating certain data in the SAP system.
Also Purchase related work like purchase requisition, vendor-related purchase issues, PO
terms, update vendor data, also SAP related work, etc.
Update all reports like internal reports, MSIL, HCIL, HMSI, etc. on the SAP portal.
Follow my Own DWM daily to complete the daily work without fail
Other Skills:
? Knowledge of 5-S.
? Knowledge of PDIR
? Control plan, action plan
? Knowledge of 6W2H
? Knowledge of powder coating flow process
