Job Description:

Understand product specifications and user psychology
? Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to
intuitive user experiences
? Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
? Facilitate the stakeholder’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching,
prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
? Find creative ways to solve UX problems (example: usability, findability)
? Design deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys mockups optimized for a wide
range of devices and interfaces
? Make strategic design user-experience decisions related to core new functions and
features
? Take a user-centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
? Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
? Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Skill sets/Experience we require:

? 3-5 years of UX design experience.
? Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin,
Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must.
? Should know how vector and SVG files work
? Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills preferred
? Experience working with clients to understand detailed requirements and design
complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
? Proficient in working with sketch, Photoshop, illustrator, and invision
? Compulsive problem-solvers with excellent visualization, collaboration, and
communication skills
