Urgent Requirement for SAMPLING -BC 4 A-B/SAMPLING-Auger Operator/SAMPLING Bunker/ SAMPLING Preparation for reputed company at KAWAI RAJASTHAN LOCATION
Responsible for procuring samples of products on production line. Takes samples and sends to lab for analysis. Interprets results and may recommend actions if sample shows flaws.
Weighs material, using balance scale, and dumps sample into grinding machine to grind and blend sample or into screen testing machine to separate particles by size.
Weighs segregated particles collected on each screen and computes percentage of each in total sample.
Examines samples for presence of foreign matter and variation from color standard.
Compiles reports indicating percentages of materials of specified size.
