Job Description:
 

Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to
understand and implement policies and procedures
? Ensure implementation of HR policy and manage revisions in HR policy as and when required
? Coordinate with consultants for HR compliance
? Oversee the maintenance, communication and destruction of personnel records as required by
law including local governing bodies.
? Plan, monitor and implement employee performance appraisal on set schedule. Train
managers on appraisal system, and coach employees accordingly. Resolve grievances regarding
employee appraisals; provide counselling to employees and supervisors as needed and
appropriate.
? Ensure induction training for new joinee and proper enrolment process
? Ensure exit interview by HOD and HR department to get the feed back
? Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel
transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and
employee statistics for government reporting.
? Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions,
performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
? Prepares budget of human resources operations.
? Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
? Organize training program as per training calendar
? Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees,
search firms, or relocation services.
? Plan events or activities for employee engagement

? Knowledge of payroll software—as applicable
? Maintain employee data base at office and factory
? Ticket booking and travel arrangements for travellers and foreign delegates
? Organize events/ seminars in and around Mumbai
? Verify and authorize the expense vouchers of travellers as per company policy
? General Maintenance work of Office such as carpentry, civil, Electrical maintenance work
? Liaison with local municipal bodies – as and when required
? Arranging food/beverages for visitors during lunch time
? Managing work of receptionist/ peons
? Petty cash management for administrative work
? Verify expense vouchers and forward to HOD/ accounts department for approval and
disbursement
? Security management
? IT related issue handling with outsourced agency
? Handling ERP related activities—coordination with ER vendor for resolving day to day issues
related to ERP (Optional)
? Asset Management
