---nbsp;is a water resistant, white cement based putty applied before the painting of the wall. It enables a strong base on concrete or mortar walls and ceilings. It can be used for both exterior and interior applications. The main function of Mr. Putty is to fill the fine pores of walls and ceilings, thereby ensuring a white, smooth and dry surface for painting. Being water resistant, it prevents walls from flaking, which is a usual occurrence on painted surfaces. The putty contains special polymers which facilitate more adhesive strength, providing a strong base and ensuring a longer life for the painted surface.
