Job Description:
Urgent Requirement for Assistant Manager Electrical SID for Reputed Steel plant at Bilaspur location.
- In rotary kiln: - Maintenance of motor used for kiln main drive, auxiliary drive, shell air fans, coal injector, and thermocouple and transmitters.
- Cooler section: - Maintenance of motor used for cooler drove.
- Product separation building: - Maintenance of motor used for vibrating screen, conveyor line, I.D.fan and magnetic separator.
- Raw material processing: - Maintenance of motor used for iron ore and coal injection feeders, conveyor line, I.D. fan and load cell and signal controller.
- Motor control centre: - Maintenance of feeder element used for switching and protection.
- Power control centre: - Maintenance of protection device like circuit breakers.
- Maintenance variable frequency drives for motor
- Electrical Industrial cabling / wiring, lighting, air conditioning, heating and welding.
- Motor rewinding, servicing and allied motor maintenance and overhauling, testing and commissioning of Induction motors HT/LT.
- Installation, commissioning and erection of electrical machinery like the transformers, diesel generators, motors, and HT Substations.
- Proficiency in instrument systems such as temperature and pressure measurement systems, weigh feeders and belt scale systems, flow meters, level sensors, AC/DC Drive systems and related trouble shooting and calibrations.
