We have an opening for Sales Position for a Reputed Builder for Navi Mumbai Location
Candidates Profile:
- Very Good Communication & negotiating Skills.
- Should be able to convince the
customer. - Real Estate Background Preferable
- Ready to do field visits.
- Go getting Attitude.
- Self Motivated.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Presenting the idea to enhance brand awareness and also to increase the sales.
- Understanding client's needs related to real estate purchases and suggest a good real estate project as per the need.
- Handling international as well as local clients to solve their query and also sell them residential projects in Navi Mumbai location.
- Doing Home Presentation and Office Presentation.
- Making Site visits to clients in Residential Projects
- Attending Clients in Property Sites.
Salary- up to 6 LPA+Very Good Incentive
